Fun Little Town

There is a small town square/park thing here in Wausau that has lots of fun stuff during the summer. When we first moved here there was a sidewalk chalk art show going on there. On Thursday there was a Farmer's Market with a live band and lots of great stands of produce and crafty goods. Brandon and I walked around and had a great time in the beautiful weather and fun atmosphere. We then met up with Brady and Ashlin for lunch at this great little pizzeria on one of the little streets near us in downtown with lots of cool shops. This town is so cute and a lot of fun.

The lobby. And no, that's not Santa Claus carrying a wimpy bag full of toys. That's the apt manager carrying a bunch of quarters. Lucky we ran into him so we could get some for the laundry machines in the basement.

Yesterday we walked around the mall with Parker and Jodie and ended up getting sidetracked in The Gap. That store is dangerous for me and Bran. They were having an awesome sale though. :) We went to a cheap, but really good little Mexican restaurant for lunch with four other people from the office which was also fun. Later that afternoon I got my hair done at a salon right around the corner. Jodie watched Hud for me. It was way overpriced for the quality of the haircut, but oh well. Hudson and I had a hilarious wrestling match when I got home that put me in a better mood.

Wausau is great and we love it here! And we're sooo excited to go visit my cousin Brittany and her family in Minneapolis tonight for the weekend!
