That, however, lasted for about 15 minutes. He was going CRAZY! We eventually resorted to this...
Cars on the portable dvd player. Even that didn't last very long though. He kept trying to push the buttons and popping the dvd out. So we took that away too. Too bad he naps between sessions now. (p.s. we got him out of the jammies, but somehow he ditched his pants at some point)
Sunday went much more smoothly. He was in a better mood and played quietly (mostly) with his toys while taking breaks to give us kisses and hugs and occasionally beg for the "mamote" (remote) to change the channel.
So he wasn't watching Conference (he's only 20 months, we'll give him a break for now), but we made it.
It really was a great weekend though. My cousin Abby stayed at our house and Cami stayed here Saturday night too. The talks were so wonderful. I felt so uplifted and inspired. It's crazy how when your little, four sessions seems like forever and now it goes by so fast. Too fast. Can't wait for April!
